Nature:White crystalline powder, slightly soluble in water, acidic when dissolved in water.        

Application: It is used as a raw material for the synthesis of polymers, and also for the production of plasticizers and lubricants. Organic synthesis, flux, resins, plastics. Mainly used as a raw material for nylon 66 and engineering plastics, it is also used for the production of various ester products, and is also used as a raw material for polyurethane elastomers. Used as a raw material for polyurethane elastomers, an acidifier for various foods and beverages that sometimes outperforms citric acid and tartaric acid. Adipic acid is also used in medicine, yeast purification, pesticides, adhesives, synthetic leather, synthetic dyes and fragrances.
