Nature:A colorless liquid with an ether-like odor. Soluble in water, with solubility increasing as temperature decreases. Easily soluble in organic solvents such as ethanol, ether, acetone, benzene, and chloroform.

Application:It is commonly used as an excellent reaction solvent in Grignard reactions and organic synthesis, and is suitable for the synthesis of pharmaceutical intermediates and fine chemicals.
