Nature:Colorless viscous liquid or white solid. Low toxicity! Soluble in water and many organic solvents, easily soluble in aromatic hydrocarbons, slightly soluble in aliphatic hydrocarbons. Soluble in water, ethanol and many other organic solvents. Low steam pressure, stable to heat, acid and alkali.        

Application: It can be used as plasticizer, softener, wetting agent, lubricant, solvent, adhesive, and can also be used as a spice and pharmaceutical preparation. It has good hygroscopicity, lubricity and cohesiveness. Non-toxic, non-irritating. It is widely used in cosmetics industry and pharmaceutical industry.
