Nature:White acicular, flake crystal or crystalline powder. No odor. It is sweet and its dilute solution is about 30 times sweeter than sucrose.  

Application: 1. Table sweeteners, usually tablets, powders, or water. 2. Additives for beverages, fruit juices and concentrated beverages. 3. Fruit processing. 4. Gum and preserves. 5. Salad dressing. 6. Jelly, fudge, jam and cream. 7. Candy, bread making.
